Your luxury crewed charter vacation will be curated by Captain Will Turner of Bermuda racing fame, and Gourmet Chef Kylie Parrish. You will be cared for and impressed by their commitment to hospitality and ensuring you have a custom experience appropriate given your investment in this world class vacation. Apricity will accommodate up to 8 charter guests in 3 spacious queen cabins, and a central cabin with twin xl bunk beds. The bunk cabin can be used for luggage and shopping storage or other sleep recess in the case of 6 guests, or provides a shared cabin for children, singles or seperate sleepers.

Upgraded under mattress springs nestle every memory foam mattress, and all the bedding and materials are designed to ensure a marvelous night of sleep. SPACIOUS QUEEN CABINS WITH PRIVATE BATHS
All bedrooms are outfitted with coil technology queen mattresses, RH linen sheets, feather pillow lumbar, reclining and sleeping pillows and soft bed throw. RH organic bath towels and cotton bath mats. The bedrooms have custom blackout shades that will allow you to sleep in if you're in the mood or you had a late night. Each room has its own thermostat, designed to ensure your comfort while sleeping fitfully with the desired cool or warm air blowing around you via the dual function dedicated cabin unit.

The salon table is on a motorized lift, which allows seamless transition to transform the entire salon to either a club lounge or a spacious dining room based on the client's desire. The area can also be fully closed off, providing more conditioned living space than any yacht in her class to ensure the most comfortable charter experience for our luxury crewed charter guests.
Apricity's flybridge is upgraded with a factory installed hardtop roof with integrated lighting. It seats 8 comfortably and has a table that adjusts to a low or high profile perfect for cocktails and taking in the sunsets or lounging. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge, where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht. Also enjoy a front row seat to watching Captain Will maneuver the yacht, and a bird's eye view of the day's catch if your party enjoys the extensive fishing gear that is available for your sport (six poles and more tackle than you can imagine).

Meet Captain Rodrigo and Chef Alys
Born and raised in a beautiful Uruguayan neighbourhood, my early days were spent barefoot, climbing trees and playing with my friends on the streets. However, my true passion was for anything with an engine or that could float. As soon as I completed my maritime studies at the University, I stepped onto my first boat, embarking on a journey that would take me across the globe from the Antarctic to the North Sea, or just a small island in the Aegean Sea, and deepen my love for new adventures and cultures.
My professional career as a marine engineer began more than 17 years ago. Starting from the bottom as a mechanic, I worked my way up the ranks, progressing to third engineer, second engineer, and reaching the top as a Commercial Chief Engineer Unlimited. This journey has provided me with a strong, hands-on, and management background, as well as a deep understanding of marine operations.
My journey in the marine industry has been diverse, allowing me to gain experience on a wide variety of vessels. I started with small boats, then ventured into cargo ships, tugboats, and research vessels. I also gained valuable experience on offshore vessels, including guard, chase, and seismic vessels, as well as on trailing suction hopper dredgers that utilize a hybrid diesel-electric system. In 2016, I transitioned into the superyacht industry, where I have now spent almost a decade refining my skills and knowledge to meet the unique demands of this sector.
My unwavering passion for the sea extends beyond my professional life. A hunger for knowledge led me to the world of sailing, where I focused my studies on skippering and reached the Yachtmaster level, with no plans of stopping there. My connection and attachment to the sea makes me enjoy every moment close to it, whether I am kitesurfing, swimming, or simply appreciating dolphins playing in the bow on a summer sunset.
I am driven by an unwavering commitment to provide professional and excellent service to our guests, leveraging the strong background and experience I have gained over the years. I am committed to upholding a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and organization in all my endeavours.

Having grown up with a Welsh and Italian heritage, cooking has always felt like a part of me, a passion I inherited. Growing up, I was surrounded by incredible food and sweet treats, and I learned early on that the kitchen is the heart of a home. Working at my dad’s cafe as a teenager, I discovered that I loved the social and community aspects of hospitality, making someone’s day a little better with a smile and a cup of coffee.
I went on to study fine art and art history at university. My love for art and color has given me a creative eye for composition and presentation that I now apply to every dish I plate. My career then led me to work as a stewardess on superyachts, a role that taught me a great deal about top-tier service and being highly organized.
However, I was always more excited about what was happening in the galley, where I would talk to the chefs about the plans for the guests’ meals. I found myself daydreaming about menus and ingredients, rather than anything else. I finally realized that my real passion was to be a chef—to get back to creating with my hands and doing what I love most. I’m excited to plan an unforgettable menu for you, and we will make a lasting experience through food and hospitality!
